What is Covered: Structural defects in the high-grade stainless steel body, filter mesh, and lid. Manufacturing flaws that affect performance or prevent normal brewing. What is Not Covered: Standard wear and tear, superficial scratches, or minor cosmetic discoloration from routine use. Damage caused by misuse, dropping, neglect, or commercial usage. Damage resulting from improper cleaning or abrasive chemical cleaners.
